Refund and Returns Policy

You have 20 days from shipment to evaluate your wig/topper and decide if it is right for you.  Items are not accepted for return after the 20-day period.

Refunds to Store Credit are FREE.  Refunds to Original Purchase Method have a handling fee of $25 per item.  Serial returns will have a handling fee of $25 per item.

Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of the return approval.

Return Eligibility

If you return your wig or topper, please make sure it is Brand NEW condition.

Items will be quality-checked prior to accepting a return.  Follow these guidelines for an acceptable return:

Exchanges or returns must be in the original condition, including packaging (box, tags, and packaging paper).  Wigs must have the original hairnet, labels and tags still attached, and be undamaged, unworn and have no odor.  Wig box and contents must be returned in NEW condition.  Please do not brush, comb, shake out, or change the part of your wig or topper unless you plan to keep it.  Please ship your wig and its box back in a shipping box as it was delivered, not in a shipping envelope as this could cause damage.  Trying on your wig with a wig liner helps keep the wig in new condition.  Return any free gifts with purchase in New/Unopened condition to avoid being charged for the item.  Non-compliance with any of these items will result in a product not eligible for exchange or return. 

Exchanges and returns are not allowed on customized or altered wigs, wig accessories, liquids, final sale items, clearance sale items, discontinued items, or price-matched items.

Shipping

In order to ship 95%+ of orders the same or the next business day, orders are immediately sent to our shipping department for fulfillment.

At checkout your shipping and handling costs will be given to you when you fill in the required information.  Once your order has shipped you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your package online. 

We offer multiple shipping options.  Processing and shipping times for normal shipping environments are shown below.  Holidays, abnormal weather, or other events may cause shipping delays outside our control.  Please allow an additional 6 business days for customized orders.

US:

Ground 1 to 12 business days
Expedited 1 to 8 business days
Express 1 to 6 business days

We do not ship International 

All shipping promotions apply to US Ground shipments only and cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.  Ground Shipping is not available for HI, AK or international orders.

Hidden Secrets Wigs is not responsible for packages that are lost by the carrier or stolen after delivery.  We will happily assist with any customer claims on shipping services.  For the protection of our customers we reserve the right to add signature required to any order.  At customer request we can add signature required for a $5.00 charge. If a required signature is added and you are unavailable at the time of delivery, depending on the shipping carrier, your shipment may be rescheduled, sent to a delivery access point, or returned to the sender. If a shipment is returned to sender or refused, it will be processed as a customer return and subject to a restocking fee as per our Exchange and Return Policy.

Change/Cancel Attempt

We will attempt to change or cancel orders at your request.  This service is provided on a best-effort basis; we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel an order.  To attempt to change or cancel an order:

Send us an email with a subject of CHANGE ATTEMPT or CANCEL ATTEMPT, your last name, and the order #.
Describe in the body of the email what you would like to do.
We will respond to your email with the results of the attempt.
